Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival, Check in & Welcome Experience
Upon arrival at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), guests will be welcomed by the tour team and assisted with check-in at the designated accommodation facility within the serene IITA environment. After breakfast, the day begins with a visit to the National Museum of Unity, Aleshinloye. Here, guests will explore fascinating collections of cultural artifacts, traditional crafts, historical relics, and exhibits that showcase Nigeria's rich cultural diversity and heritage. The journey continues to the University of Ibadan Zoological Garden, one of Nigeria's oldest zoological parks. Visitors will encounter a variety of wildlife species while learning about conservation efforts, animal habitats, and environmental sustainability. The final stop for the day is Agodi Gardens, a beautiful recreational destination known for its landscaped gardens, lakes, and relaxing atmosphere. Day 3: Ibadan Heritage & City Landmarks Tour
Following breakfast, guests will embark on a cultural and historical exploration of Ibadan's most iconic landmarks. The day starts with a visit to Bower's Tower, one of Ibadan's most recognized monuments. Situated on Oke-Are Hill, the tower offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ancient city and serves as a perfect location for sightseeing and photography. Next, guests will visit Tunde Odunlade Arts & Culture Connexions, a vibrant cultural center showcasing contemporary African art, batik creations, paintings, sculptures, and cultural expressions.
